1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is in stock, the order is shipped right away. Incase of out of stock, the shipping date depends on the product nature and quantity. The estimated shipping date will be provided to you after your successful order placement.

2. Delivery Location

Our products are shipped worldwide from Kathmandu, Nepal. 

3. Delivery Time

Date of delivery vary on the shipping method and delivery location chose. We have two shipping option.

Express Shipping - Delivery within 3-5 working days.

Regular Shipping - Delivery within 7-9 working days.

The delivery time is calculated from the shipping date not the order date. Incase of any exceptional circumstances, you will be notified via email.

4. Delivery Instructions

If you have custom or special delivery instructions, you can mention them in the checkout page.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charge is calculated on the basis of weight of your order and delivery method chose. To find out the shipping charge, you can simply add the interested items in your cart. The shipping charge will be automatically calculated. 

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

Incase if you received the damaged package on delivery, please immediately contact us at info@handmadefromnepal.com

7. Custom Fees/Taxes

We do not handle the custom fees/taxes. The fee is not included in your order. Customer will have to bear the custom fees/taxes on their own.
