Yes, you can make changes to your order any time before the shipment.

Are there any minimum quantity?

Minimum quantities are product specific.

When will I receive my order after I confirm order?

You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Depending on the order size and product availability, it will normally take 3-5-7-10 days to ship an order from our warehouse.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship almost to most of the countries, worldwide. However some of the countries are opted out. You can find the countries name when you provide your delivery address during checkout process.

How do i track my order?

You will receive a tracking code and tracking instructions via email once we ship the order. 

If there is any custom fees, who will handle?

Though your order will be shipped with full documentation, in some cases custom fees are applied. In this case, all the custom fees should be handled by customer themselves.

What happens if my package is lost?

This is a very rare case. Replacement will be sent if any.
